BrickID is a free reference tool for LEGO collectors, buyers, and sellers. We provide:

• Catalog search and browsing for LEGO sets, parts, minifigures, and themes
• Photo-based identification of parts, minifigures, and sets
• Official build instruction viewing on set pages
• Market value estimates
• Links to external websites

The Service is provided free of charge. No account or payment is required for normal use. We do not sell LEGO products, process payments, or broker transactions between buyers and sellers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or data
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download catalog data in a way that burdens or disrupts the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use automated tools to abuse the photo scanner or search APIs

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Service or other users.

LEGO®, the LEGO logo, and related marks are trademarks of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse BrickID.

Catalog images, set names, part numbers, and related metadata may be subject to rights held by their respective owners.

The BrickID name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with these Terms.

The Service may display information and links to external websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information shown.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Photo identification is powered by AI and may be incorrect — especially for damaged, dirty, custom, or overlapping pieces. Scan results are suggestions, not guarantees.

Market value estimates may not represent current selling prices in your region or condition. Always verify prices independently before buying or selling.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from BrickID.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that identification or pricing information will be accurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRICKID AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

BrickID is funded in part by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads may be personalized based on your browsing activity and cookies, subject to your consent settings and the policies of our ad partners.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of advertisers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
